Tiya Curtis-Morris is the founder and managing owner of Aalis Medical Staffing & Concierge Services, LLC, headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. A licensed registered nurse since 2013, Tiya brings more than a decade of expertise in emergency medicine, intensive care, and home health case management. She continues to serve as an active Emergency Room nurse, keeping her leadership grounded in hands-on patient care and real-world clinical experience.
Inspired by her grandmother, Alice—whose compassion and resilience embody the company’s mission—Tiya founded Aalis to deliver concierge-level nursing and caregiver services rooted in dignity, professionalism, and empathy. Her leadership bridges the gap between medical excellence and personal care, helping patients recover safely at home while empowering nurses and caregivers to deliver their best work.
