Aalis provides concierge nursing and private-duty care, including skilled nursing visits, post-operative support, wound and ostomy care, IV infusion therapy (with a doctor’s order), medication management, and CNA companion services. We also match RNs, LPNs, and CNAs with private clients for short-term or long-term in-home care.

Unlike traditional home health agencies, Aalis is a private-pay concierge service—we don’t require a doctor’s order to begin general care such as wellness checks, education, or recovery support.
However, all clinical treatments, including wound care, infusion therapy, and medication changes, must be performed under a physician’s order to ensure safety and compliance.

Yes. Every RN, LPN, and CNA working with Aalis undergoes state license verification, Louisiana State Police and FBI background checks, and reference verification. We maintain strict professional and HIPAA compliance standards.

Absolutely. Continuity of care is one of our top priorities. We match clients with consistent caregivers who understand their preferences, health goals, and routines.

Aalis currently serves Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes, including Ascension, Livingston, and East Baton Rouge.
We also provide services in Tangipahoa and St. Tammany Parishes by request.

Not always. Basic concierge and companion care can begin immediately without a physician’s order.
However, any wound care, infusion therapy, or medication changes require an active doctor’s order before those services can be provided.

Aalis is a private-pay service and does not bill insurance. However, we provide detailed invoices for clients who wish to seek HSA/FSA or insurance reimbursement where applicable.

Pricing depends on the level of care, visit length, and clinical needs. After your consultation, we’ll provide a written quote outlining recommended services and costs before care begins.

We welcome qualified independent contractors who are compassionate, professional, and dependable.

Yes. Aalis is a Louisiana-licensed medical staffing agency. We collaborate with local physicians, infusion pharmacies, and home health agencies to ensure care is safe, compliant, and physician-directed when required.
All infusion therapy, wound care, and medication management are performed under MD oversight.
